Overweight or obesity and weight loss
Overweight or obesity is a problem in which weight of human body increases
very fast, this is a problem which is more common in females particularly in
the young females. Average weight of the healthy body should be bet wean 60 to
70 kgs. More than seventy kg is unhealthy, obesity may lead to swear health problems
like heart attack thrombus formation, vein, capillaries or arterial damage
which may be fatal or it may cause death. So we should avoid from obesity or
overweighting. If you want to
lose weight faster, we'll need
to eat less and exercise more.
For example, if
we take 1050 to 1200 calories a day, and
exercise for one hour per day, we could lose 3-5 pounds in the first week.
Taking Limited
salt and starches also result in losing more weight at first but that's mostly fluids, not fat, it may
result up to 5 pounds weight loss.

experts or physician recommends that eating a diet that minimizes starches,
added sugars, and animal fat from meat and dairy foods. For rapid weight loss,
experts recommends focusing on fruits,
veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean
meat.
